Booking of collections
To protect our staff and customers we have implemented the below procedures.
• All collection requests must be emailed – we will not be answering calls at this time.
• Full collection details: collection and delivery addresses, time ready, commodity, value and any special instructions on pick up.
• Collections will only be done between 08h30 and 14h30) and collections must be booked by 11am on the day of collection.
• There is no weekend or afterhours service and we are not offering a national Sameday service, however all our other services International and Domestic are available.
• All regular transit times should be ignored.

On the email please confirm
• The business sectors (authorized under Level 3) of the shipper and the consignee (if applicable)

Collections and deliveries will be a non-touch process. You will no longer be asked to sign on glass or sign on a waybill.
